Welcome to the Global Infrastructure Hub's megatrends survey.

Background
The Global Infrastructure Hub (GI Hub) is a G20 initiative that aims to connect the global infrastructure community and share insights to facilitate the delivery of G20 members’ economic, social and environmental outcomes through more and better infrastructure.

The purpose of this survey is to understand your view on which are the most important future trends affecting the infrastructure sector out to 2050 and how prepared industry leaders are to address the potential consequences. The survey is anonymous and no personal information will be collected. However, if you're interested in the results, please enter your email address below.

Instruction
The survey is 4 pages long and should take 8-10 minutes to complete. It will be open until 5 PM, Friday, 22 November 2019.

  • On the first page, we introduce a list of 25 trends and ask you to estimate the certainty of the direction these megatrends will take in the next 30 years.
  • On the second page, we ask you to look at the same trends and estimate their impact on the infrastructure sector in the next 30 years.
  • On the third page, we ask you to estimate the infrastructure community's preparedness for these trends in the next 30 years.
  • On the final page, we ask you two additional questions to determine where you see the greatest opportunities and risks for the infrastructure community over the next 30 years.
Once you finish the survey, we will share with you GI Hub’s latest online guidance tools, on topics ranging from inclusive infrastructure to output specifications for quality infrastructure, to risk allocation.

Thank you in advance for your time and insights. Your valuable input will be used to help us develop different potential scenarios for global infrastructure over the next 30 years.
