This survey is designed to reveal the sources of complicatedness inside your organization. After completing the survey, you will learn if your company is more or less complicated than other companies. You will receive a complicatedness score and a comparison of the score with BCG’s database of more than 1,000 companies. (Note that benchmarking data is currently available for these industries: consumer goods, energy, health care, financial institutions, industrial goods, insurance, public sector.)

The survey has two parts: general information and a benchmarking questionnaire. The survey should take approximately three to five minutes. All data will be kept confidential and answers will be analyzed only at an aggregated level.
