Welcome to the Global Talent Survey of The Network, The Stepstone Group, and BCG - one of the largest studies in the world on where and how people would like to work. Since 2014, this survey has been a key source of information for employers and recruiters worldwide to understand what people at work want and how to approach them. This survey would take around 10 minutes of your time. Your opinion will be a valuable contribution towards building a better future of work.

The most exciting findings from the survey will be published in international media early next year. We appreciate your time and commitment.

Data protection notice for participation in the Global Talent Survey 2023.

Type, scope and purpose of the survey and use of personal data: If you participate in the Global Talent Survey 2023, Boston Consulting Group, The Stepstone Group and The Network collect various data regarding your job role and your gender, which we will treat strictly confidential at all times. We use this data in aggregated form to create statistics, which won’t allow any inference to individual participants of the survey.
Your rights: If you have questions about the collection, the processing or the use of your personal data or if you wish to correct, lock or delete your personal data or if you want to revoke your permission, you can contact Boston Consulting Group, The Stepstone Group or The Network free of charge at any time. You have the right to correct wrong data or to have your personal data deleted, if this claim doesn’t contradict any legal retention requirement.
Encryption of your IP address: To prevent multiple participation in the survey, an IP encryption is activated. To enable the IP encryption, your IP address is being captured and is saved on the survey server, but only after automatically encrypting it into a hashtag, which cannot be re-encrypted. Thus, your IP address is at no point available to The Network, The Stepstone Group, or Boston Consulting Group. We delete your IP address as soon as the survey is finished or automatically closed.
Cookies: Cookies are small text files, which are put into your browser if you open the survey. Through these cookies, the survey tool recognizes whether you have already visited the survey and can reassign your previous answers to you (interrupting and restarting the survey). Cookies can also prevent multiple participation in the survey. The cookie will be automatically deleted after 90 days or if the survey is deleted beforehand.
Location of data storage: Your responses and data are stored in accordance with current data protection regulations on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.
