Welcome to the DAI Deep Dive - Digital Support Functions.
The DAI Deep Dive on Support Functions is a new tool to assess the digital maturity of support functions in your company. It helps to understand your strengths and weaknesses with regard to digital as a starting point of a transformation journey.
This survey is designed to evaluate digital maturity of support functions in seven dimensions (see below). For each dimension, we will ask you to answer 2–4 questions to determine if you evaluate the support functions organization as
