Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada (BBBS) in partnership with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) of Canada is undertaking a study to measure the impact of BBBS programs.

As a part of this study we are conducting a national survey to help us understand how BBBS has made a difference in the adult lives of former Little Brothers and Little Sisters.

This survey will take approximately [15] minutes of your time. All of the answers you provide are anonymous and any information you provide will be held as strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties.
